TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

All personal training packages will expire 12 weeks from purchased date. Therefore all sessions must be completed within 12 weeks of this time frame.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We appreciate that you can be extremely busy and that sometimes unforeseen things happen like sickness, rescheduling of plans etc. We too are extremely busy and your one hour appointment slot is valuable to us. For this reason, a 24 hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. The cancellation policy will be adhered to in all cases. 

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Sessions shall be 60 mins in length and shall start at the scheduled time. Sessions will not be extended due to lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client. Any client who has not arrived within 20 minutes after the scheduled time shall be deemed to have cancelled and will be charged for that entire session.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement sets forth the entire understanding of both parties and may not be changed except by written consent of both parties. The terms of this statement will apply equally to each session and it’s understood by both parties that this agreement will remain legally binding.

 

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

If your Personal Trainer, through illness or vacating their position with Be Moore Fit, is unable to carry out your Personal Training session the company will provide another trainer to suit your training requirements or a refund will be issued for incomplete sessions. All cancellation/termination of sessions must be discussed with your trainer prior to the completion of your last block/month of sessions. This must be in written notice form.
